he looks over the menu once they're seated, crunching on a complimentary tortilla chip.]

Hmm. They have vegetarian options. We should get something to go for Lavender.

Everyone else is nice in their own ways but Sungki is…different. Every cell in his body responds to the fae.

He’s a quarter munching on a chip, another quarter looking over the menu, and half ogling Sungki.

Good idea. They’ll probably be waiting for us. Better grab something for Bae, too. He might be coming out of his cave by the time we get back.

[ Closing the menu, he turns all of his focus back onto Sungki and his smile softens. ]

[it's only because he's so close to eating that sungki isn't bitchy about all the company that awaits then - that and the idea that none of them can find them here, so he has hunter all to himself for awhile.

he arches a brow before closing his menu too.]

I'm not wearing a bra. I don't even need to. Even a size up, they're still perky.

[he smirks before placing his order and upgrading their salsa to the spiciest kind that they have.]

[ Nope. They’re alone save for a little family in one corner and an elderly couple closest to the register. It’s pleasantly quiet.

Amused, his brows raise before he gives said boobs another appreciative look.

He orders as well and mentions that they’ll want a to go order in a while as well.

But he clears his throat and smiles. ]

[lavender's head must be full of bees right now. uncle naughty is up to it again!

sungki presses his lips together to hold back his laughter. yeah, that tracks.]

Buy me one of the fancy desserts and I'll let you.

And he’s serious. They’re just going to get all of the desserts. ]

[ He gives the fae a look…

Hunter couldn’t love anyone as much as he loves this damn forest gremlin.

[he thinks hunter would give him the world if he asked for it. right down to his own life.

he tilts his head at him.]

Why? What have I done to make you love me so much.

[ He actually blushes… ]

[sungki smiles, all sweet voice and soft curves, while leaning back a little for the first of their plates to be set down. but the fae keeps his eyes on him as he picks up his fork and starts to dig in.]

[ Hunter agrees.]

But you’re worth way more than just your body to me.

[he really knows that it's more than just sex. that as good as his body is - both of them - hunter sees and loves the whole of him. it seems...unlikely. impossible. a shallow and greedy fae, inspiring such devotion.

[there's something in the way that he says that word though, in his eyes that have never left the other and the way he licks at his lips...

he lifts one of the nachos up to hunter's mouth, completing the scene of a happy young couple. even with all their weirdness, they actually are.]

[ and he still doesn’t understand why Sungki would want someone broken in all of the ways he is…when he could have the best multiple times over.

But he’s not going to argue this point. Because he too is apparently greedy.

Hunter never denied that he was easy. At least when it came to (1) evil little fae.

He continues to blush but takes the damn chip before he chuckles… ]

[though with hunter, he doesn't always need to. things balance out easily enough. it's one of his reasons, one of many.]

[ Hunter smiles fondly and then takes a breath. ]

[ he pokes around his nachos and eats one before holding one out to Sungki. ]
